ACCEPTANCE OF USE: EATGAFFTAPE.COM is a
resource for companies and individuals to advertise their business or to post used pro audio,
pro lighting, and concert related equipment for sale for a nominal flat
fee to be paid to EATGAFFTAPE.COM on a per listing basis for the usage
of the EATGAFFTAPE.COM site.
MODIFICATIONS TO THIS
AGREEMENT: EATGAFFTAPE.COM and its appointed AGENTS reserve the right to
make modifications to this agreement at anytime without notification to
its users. Such modifications will become effective immediately upon
posting to the website known as EATGAFFTAPE.COM. It is up to the
indivual user of the site to review these terms on a regular basis to
keep apprised of any changes.
LIABILITY: EATGAFFTAPE.COM AND
ITS APPOINTED AGENTS assume no liability other then to provide the User
( also known as Buyer and Seller ) an avenue to make contact in regards
to the items for sale that are listed on this site. In other words (
BUYER AND SELLER BEWARE )
CONTENT: EATGAFFTAPE.COM and its
APPOINTED AGENTS are solely responsible for the sites own content (
images, written documents, coding, links ) in its daily operation.
EATGAFFTAPE.COM assumes no liability in regards to content posted by the
user ( SELLER ).
SELLERS TERMS OF USE:
1: SELLER IS ALLOWED UP TO 5 IMAGES PER LISTING ( IMAGES MAY NOT
CONTAIN NUDITY OR OFFENSIVE CONTENT )
2: SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
ALL CONTENT PERTAINING TO THE LISTING.
3: SELLER SHALL PAY A FLAT
FEE PER ITEM AT THE TIME OF LISTING.
4: EATGAFFTAPE.COM RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO REMOVE AND ARCHIVE ANY LISTING FOUND TO BE STOLEN OR
MISREPRESENTED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION TO THE SELLER. AND ALL INFORMATION
REGARDING TO THE ITEM AND SELLER WILL BE GIVEN TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES
UPON WRITTEN REQUEST.
BUYERS TERMS OF USE:
1: BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING ALL PERTAINENT INFORMATION FROM
THE SELLER IN REGARDS TO EQUIPMENT BEING SOLD.
2: BUYER WILL NOTIFY
THE EATGAFFTAPE.COM ADMINISTRATOR OF FRAUDULENT SELLERS, STOLEN OR
MISREPRESENTED ITEMS. |
